Pippi Longstocking is always a protagonist

Pantone Color Institute has joined the celebrations for Pippi Longstocking's 75th birthday by creating a special color dedicated to the unstoppable girl with freckles: a bright shade of orange, which recalls the lively color of Pippi's braids. Pantone Color Institute also participates in the Save The Children and The Astrid Lindgren Company campaign to support girls fleeing wars and poverty. The goal is to help them become strong and independent women, able to build a safer world for themselves, taking the strong and courageous Pippi as a model.
